Important GDPR Legislation Changes

As of 25th May 2018, businesses across the EU were required to follow the General Data Regulations (GDPR) instead of the Data Protection Act (DPA). This means we need to ensure you are happy with how Northern CPD Coquet Vets communicate with you. We divide our communications into categories and are very careful with what we do and do not send you.

1) Legitimate business interests

We deem these categories as ‘legitimate business interests’:

• New courses provided by Northern CPD Coquet Vets

• New products relevant to CPD courses that you have attended

We do not store any payment details for clients. If a card payment is taken over the phone, then the recording facility is deactivated in accordance with our GDPR policy.
