Our Terms & Conditions of Service

Northern CPD prides itself on being a friendly and professional team. Please see our terms and conditions of service below. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you require any further information.

1) Opening hours

The team is contactable between 9.00am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday, via our email NorthernCPD@coquetvets.co.uk

When courses are booked or the venue is hired outside of these times, a contact number will be provided directly to the delegates or the course organiser.

2) Costs

All course costs will be provided at the time of booking and are expected to be paid at least one month prior to the course date.

All venue hire costs will be provided upon application. A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure the venue hire. The remaining amount must be paid one month prior to the course date.

3) Complaints
